I usually use Baka-updates.com and then get them bit torrent from there or from a mirror site. But tv-links is pretty good too..

animeepisodes.net I watch Bleach there, very nice site ^^.
Youtube doesn't bring it anymore, the staff keeps deleting all animes on the site. The reaaaally nasty thing about it is that they only delete one out of (normally) 3 parts of an anime episode. Therefore you may be able to watch 2 parts of it, but the third part is missing so watching the episode doesn't make any sense without knowing 9 mins of it T_T
