Naruto - Ninjas (who doesn't like ninjas)
Dragonball Z - Massive Energy blasts, martial arts
Gundam Seed - Mecha (Giant robots rawk..)
Escaflowne - Mecha, a dude with angel wings & a catlike chick ^^
Bleach - blood guts, sword fighting, etc.
ChrnoCrusade - Chick with guns, demons etc


Fan Service:
Love Hina - Ironic how a geek ends up with so many chicks after him
Maburaho - Similar to Love Hina, but with magic and bigger explosions...
Real Bout High School - ....its.. >.> good... <.<

DeathNote - reeeaaal great story
Neon Genesis Evangelion - Love the characters and display of ones psyche and biological mechas, with souls

Anime:
FLCL - pretty random, but love the attitude and fluctuating art styles
Neon Genesis Evangelion - same as manga^
Gundam Wing - Mechas
Gunslinger Girl - Secret national agencies developed to brainwash little girls to become assassins.....enough said
