black ds lite clicking when opening !!!

i just bought a black ds lite today after discovering the joys of playing on my sons white ds lits that i him for chtistmas and discovered that when opening and closing my black one it makes a click like the top flip is locking into place but my sons white one does not do this.

is this normal or shold one of them go back to be changes if so which one is faulty ?????

Mine does this too, and there's nothing really major going on, so I'd say don't worry about it. Now if the top flip starts going loose or something, that's when I'd be worried. But as long as it still plays right, don't worry I got one for Xmas, too, and it makes a click when I open it to a certain point, where it locks in place.
