Buying US games, having shipped to AUS

Im interested in buying some games from EBgames.com and having them shipped to Australia from America as alot of the games arent out here yet.

My question is two fold.
Initially: Will EB games ship the games to me internationally?
Secondly: Will I have any problems playing a US game on an AUS console?
