Can anyone connect to the Shop Channel?

It stays at "Connecting... Please wait" for ever until I eventually just have to reboot the console :S

Anyone else having problems

Nope. Are you using dial-up. . .that might take a really long time.

I've had the same problem too. Sometimes it connects right away and sometimes I have to go the route you take. I usually run a internet test in Wii settings then try connect and usually get on. Try that out.
