Can you buy a Guitar Hero 3 Guitar?

I can vouch for this particular site, as well, seeing as a while back (read: a couple years ago, lol) I actually ordered one of those metal DDR pads from them.

I don't get it. Do they just assume/hope that most people are mentally challenged or do they themselves fit that criteria? Why would anyone buy a standalone guitar for $40 more than the whole package, let alone the package with an extra guitar for $120 more than two packages?
