theres this one shop that im trying to enter in castle town but the guy tells me my boots are to dirty how do i get in

There is a small boy that is crouched down sitting outside of the place, talk to him and for 10 rupees he'll shine your shoes. Its not worth going in there btw.

yea, dont bother. the cheapest thing in that store are the arrows and they are 10,000 rupees lol
