How do you get that Treasure Chest on the grounds of Castle Town?

i don't really know what chest you're talking about maybe you could say something about your surroundings for a visual

I think He's taking about the one on the steps outside the the south entry. I was wondering about this one as well

Figured it out....u have to have the item you get in the Desert.

I tried that whats in there anyway? I know it ain't a heart piece so I'm guessing at 100 rupees?

Yep...and look around. You're going to have to get UP somewhere before you use the Desert Item.
