need help on a treasure chest in goron mines

in the large open area, the one that has a lot of water and wooden plank pathways and one moving magnet...
there's a treasure chest at the very northwest corner of this area, exactly above the same place where you can find fairies in pots. this chest appears to be on some very high up platforms. i dont know how to get up there! ive tried dropping onto one of the platforms from the moving magnet, ive tried using my boomerang on two torches on the highest platform, and ive tried plain old jumping. how can i get this treasure chest?

Come back after you get the unique item found in the fourth dungeon if I remember correctly.

thanks riviet, that makes sense...i dont know what the unique item is but if its some sort of grappling hook that would be great...the highest platform in that area has a "notch" in its fence, where it looks like i would make my exit once i get the treasure chest up there.

Don't you walk on the ceiling with the Iron Boots magnetically or something, oh well I cant remember go on this guide.
