i have bought my sons 13/18/20 this console for xmas this year. while trying to research what games to buy, I came across this website. I have signed up on behalf of my sons as they don't know they are proud owners of the Wii yet. Please recommend any games you think we can't live without. After Christmas it will be my sons that will be blogging.

get Excite Truck, im sure your boys will love that game its a crazy offroad racer for up to 2 players, another good game would be Red Steel, thoes 2 are the ones i would get if i had 3 boys since those are your crazy fun games

13 year old pre-adolescents don't like that type of **** like Happy Feet, and they can get almost all the games they want to have, Red Steel, Call of Duty 3 are good games for everyone, I think they are good, but happy feet is for babies.

Instead of spending money on so many games, I suggest you just get three games:

Metal Slug Anthology (It's an old school arcade quarter muncher game, classic)

Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess- The older children will adore this game and it's beauty.

Rayman Raving Rabbids- A game for the entire family to play, lots of fun.

And of course you do get the Wii Sports game as well.
