If I was to DDOS a server/website, could I be arrested? I tested out a new DOS tool on my own server, and it works. I was just wonder if I used it on another site if i'd get arrested.

Yes, if you are caught and the issue was pushed, you would be arrested.

In that case, would be unwise to use it...don't so anything illegal with you're PC or wtv, that way you know never to get caught...trust me it can give you a load of unwanted Stress to know that you might get a cop on you're ass at any given moment.
