If you download the internet channel now it's free
But after June it will be a one off fee
So get it from the Wii shop channel for free now lol

wii start up
press A
one of your channels should be shop channel
clicky..loading..loading
under the shop channel 2 channels are free for downloads
1. internet channel 2. everybody votes channel

keep in mind you need your wii connected to the internet before any of this happens (by wireless connection or lan or whatever)

ok i think i know what your talking about.

How do i hook it up to the internet?

umm haha... theres a lot of threads that deal with this but basically:
you need a router, or wireless internet
if you have a wireless connection
1. wii settings
2. internet connection settings
3. search for wireless internet
4. connected, shop away

if you have a wired lan connection
1. get wireless, or a lan adaptor (costs money)
2. hook wii up to the internet
3. shop away

its not really that detailed but im pretty sure if you search it up you'll find it
