The only game I know on DS with Voice Chat is "Tony Hawks Downhill Jam" And you can only use the Voice Chat with registered friends.

Im glad the voice chat is the way it is for some reasons.. Morons that will cuss the crap out of little kids and wait.. what if their parents around.. and hear it.. ::Calls up nintendo:: and complains.. Nintendo is only watching out for number 1..smart move.

Obviously they can't use it when you just play a random person (think of all the paedophiles :-X) but it really is a shame you can't use it with a friend.
