Downloads stuck at 1%

I went on Xbox Live today to download the add-on for Bioshock and it sticks at 1%. I tried downloading several demos and they all stick at 1%. I downloaded a movie preview and it downloaded fine. My network settings all check out.

Also, I put in Bioshock and it said there was an update available, but it stuck at 1%. I tried powering down the system, but it didn't do any good. Has this happened to anyone else?

How fast is your internet?

It may just take ages to download each percentage. This explains why you can download movies (they are smaller)
