Europeans Please Do Not Reject connection!!

Hi, im from Australia and in the Australian league of MSC it gets really, really boring because their is like 300-500 people to finish the season. So i changed my wii settings to say im from the UK. The connection may say 2 or 3 stars but their is no lag. Only when it consistently flashes from say, 1 star to 4 stars to 2 stars etc. But when it is stable and says 2 or 3 stars there's no lag. So im just trying to say to not reject every time. My mii is called Australian BTW.
