Australia, November 27, 2006 - If you're a fan of the novel The Lord of Darkness and Shadow: The Chronicles of the Shadow Book one, you'll be pleased to hear that its author is releasing new content to the Wii, PS3 and DS. Darren Reid will be distributing, at no cost, a collection of short stories, novels and novellas. Each has been optimised to display correctly on the Wii, PS3 or DS.
The Genesis of the Shadow is the first of the titles to be released, hitting download services on the 27th of November, and is a prequel novella to The Lord of Darkness and Shadow. At least three more titles are in the pipeline, including Two Wizards: A Chronicle of the Shadow Prequel, Xevicom Forever (a graphic novel) and a yet unnamed title. Expect these to hit your console of choice over the next few months.
On his decision to release the work for free, Darren Reid said "I am delighted to share my free stories and allow next-gen console owners the chance to read them as well."
