How to stop email notifications?

I just posted in a popular stickied thread and now my email inbox is filling up with "New reply: Share Wii Codes" messages. How do I disable email notifications, so my inbox does not fill up?

go to User CP and unsubscribe from the thread. :yesnod:

oh and I found an option and I chose "do not subscribe". I didn't know if that was causing the problem.

god i had this problem for ages, lol box filled up with 2000+ made a new email, then figured out how to stop it.


two things you have to do.

go to user CP and go to view subscribed threads, and go to the optiopn selection box thing, and under change subsription type, go to no email notification, that will keep you subscribed to the thread but you will not get any emails about it (good thing if you want to keep track of it in your user CP)

then go to user CP and go to Control pannel, edit options.

change then you should see something around about the screen, about how to change automatic subscription type, so any new threads you post in dont send you emails either
