How To Use Nyko 64 Rumble Pak?

Yeah, I Can't Figure It Out... I Never Have Been Able To. The Batteries Are In, It's In The Conroller, And I Dunno If There's Some Sort Of Switch Combo, Or What?

It's A Nyko HYPER>PAK Or Whatever... It Has The Memory And Such.
