I just bought Madden 07 annd cannot for the life of me figure out how the the hell the second controller is supposed to connect to get to a vs. game. someone please help. My second controller is connected in the Wii Sports however so I don't think its hardware trouble.
I need a quick hand!!

You say it's working on Wii Sports so I guess we can jump straight past the possible syncing/battery issues. But just in case: make sure the lights on the wiimote are lit.
2nd controller should still at least have a cursor on the screen, just no real control over any selection. For different controllers to take control, press the "+" button. Select your team and then in the next few screens you should easily be able to figure things out.
