Well, you can't install a game on to the wii (As in to the console's memory), but you can make a forwarder (a game's channel), with the homebrew channel.
Like, you can make a channel for the certain game you want, but you will still need to have the game inserted. Instead of having to go to the disc channel, you just press the channel, you created, and the game starts.
