That's really strange. I've never had that problem with any game. Try either looking through the ubisoft website forums for this issue to see if it's a known thing to them, and maybe they can help you on that site as well. Or you can also try to google the error and the name of the game to see what comes up,. If that doesn't yeild any search results, try the error and the word "Wii", maybe it isn't specific to the game although it DOES seem to be the only game it happens with for you.
