OK, if I do a Mii parade, I only have two guys I've never heard of and none of my own Miis or my brother's Mii that he sent me show up. What gives? Its like Mark and someone else that show up and I didn't create them and neither did my friends that I know of. And again none of MY actual Miis show up.

Your Miis are suppose to just be in your Mii Lobby. The Mii Parade is where Miis, mostly with unknown origins, come from. If you like one, you take it and put it in your lobby. None of it has any real purpose, really, but that's the story.
So, in short, none of the Miis that you create or your friends create will show up in your Mii Parade, probably. They are just random Miis that have been created that have traveled to your console.

Also, I've noticed that the Miis aren't entirely random, but instead Miis from consoles that you are friends with. In essence, if you haven't exchanged Wii friend codes with anyone, you shouldn't have any Miis in your Mii Parade.
