Can you all tell me what you think of this TV? Got great user reviews, but would like to know what you think as for just playing games on it? It's only purpose will be for gaming.

Hmm pretty nice.
You maybe able to find cheaper though but if all else fails its a good find.

a bit pricey but beautiful.. 32", $550 tv for just gaming?? man u are a dedicated gamer. its perfect for gaming, but the wii cant do hd so the graphics will always look the same whether its sh*tbox tv or this hdtv emerson. if you have a 360 or ps3 with HDMI cables, your in for a hell of a ride with this tv. i say go for it

So Jay558, what would you say is a good buy for a tv just for gaming with the Wii? We are brand new to gaming, so avid gamers we are not....any help or advise would be great. We just want something that we could use for games, but also could use in the bedroom down the road if need be.

I would say:

- Walmart is evil, don't support them by shopping there
- You can get even better deals online, even with shipping (although often shipping is free)

I would recommend this over the Emerson.

$550, 1600:1 contrast ratio, 8ms response, and I'm pretty sure a better brightness than the Emerson.
