Atlus USA has today announced that they have reached agreement of distribution with Tomy Corp to release Naruto Shippuden: Dragon Blade Chronicles for Wii on November 16th. The latest chapter in the Naruto Shippuden series of games, based on the popular anime series, sees fans getting the chance to take control of both Naruto and Sasuke as they go their own ways to seek out the mysteries and power behind Genryu, the mighty Elemental Dragons, in an all-new epic adventure. Playing as Naruto, you’ll get to use special orbs collected from the powerful Genryu to enhance your trusty Dragon Blade with new powers, acquire new skills by finding and equipping new Ninja Scrolls hidden all over the world, and take on gigantic dragons in titanic boss battles. Here’s Tim Pivnicny, vice president of Sales and Marketing at Atlus, talking about the game:

“We’re sure fans will have Naruto Shippuden on their holiday wish lists as they do every year, and we’re happy to bring them not only the games but also exciting bonus offers at retailers such as Amazon.com, Amazon.ca, Best Buy, EB Games Canada, GameStop, and Toys ‘R’ Us.”

Fans can expect retailers to offer special bundles, pre-order bonus items, and gifts-with-purchase to be announced over the next few weeks, so check back with your favourite stores regularly so that you don’t miss out on any goodies!
