@Yepi69 Well we did get that WiiShop Channel update (guessing it's a Wii firmware update) for the data transfer from Wii>WiiU
So what I'm saying is that yeah I THINK WiiU will support wii game online play...if not well....we're **** out of luck.

The 3DS supports Wi-fi for DS games, so I think it's at least possible. Whether or not online backwards compatibility will be supported however, is yet to be revealed...

The wii died a long time ago for me. Actually probably after the first couple of years i barely touched mine.
