nintendo usb wi-fi adapter

ok my computer router settings are 192.168.1.1 as my default gateway but it ays on the connection troubleshooting pag on nintendos website that i need to switch to 192.168.2.1 but every time i do that it wint let me connect online. so i waNT to figure out if it will work before i buy it beacause a 14 year-old can't be droping money like that so can anyone help me.


p.s. its for the wii and the nearest hot spot is 0.57 miles away

The Official Nintendo USB WiFi Adapter WILL work with the Wii, as confirmed by users on this site.

You should buy the official one as the Datel WiFi MAX is a load of bollocks, as i found out when trying to connect my DS to it

are u sure it's not 192.168.1.2

the subnet should not change (the first 1 in 192.168.1.1)
