Oh joy I have to pay for old games.
Boooooooo this is no present this is just BS.
A present is FREE and GIVEN to you not something AVAILABLE to you for MONEY.
Well Im still hoping they'll give us a free game or two but if they dont I'll be dissapionted, because a Christmas Surprise is not suppose to cost money....... I thought this was nintendo not microsoft

Same reason people buy music (online or via CDs)...it's legal. Although there are still grey areas (if you already own the game, if you're "demoing" it, etc), downloading ROMs is illegal.

Hang on does that mean I should have Gun star heros for free
