I remember listening to a song by Death a long time ago.. they're pretty good to be honest. Never heard of the rest on your list, except maybe Exodus.

Eh, there are a few rad bands on that list
I think most of them are terrible tho, imo.
Seeing Dio live with black sabbath was rad as hell.
oh, and I highly recommend you listen to more Death, highly influential band, seeing as they were the first death metal band. : D

Another band that should be checked out is Venom, and Testament.

Venom i believe was the first Thrash Metal band out there (back in the late 70's)... though, i don't know why everyone gives that credit to Metallica.

coheed and cambria. my favorite recent band. best album is "good apollo, i'm burning star IV, volume i:from fear through the eyes of madness" (i know, a long album title, it's better know as "good apollo" or "IV"). they have 4 albums total and they are all good IMO.

megadeth is way better than metallica IMO (since we got onto the subject of megadeth). i think dave mustaine can solo better than kirk hammett. "The System Has Failed" (2 albums ago for megadeth) is way better than "St. Anger" (metallicas last album, which was awful IMO)
I've seen megadeth 3 times and never got bored. saw metallica twice and got bored about 3/4 through the 2nd show.

I saw Megadeth w/ heaven and hell last march, rad show.
They played Mechanix halfway through Holy wars
