You act like Shedinja is cool. Shedinja is the less effective version of Wobbuffet: a dick move. Take a gamble and it wins the game for you, no strategy needed. Or it's the most unreliable gimmick and does absolutely nothing. Arceus takes skill to use in ubers if you're not just plastering on the generic E-speed sweeper moveset; considering how it fills EVERY role in the game, you need to be an excellent team builder to get the most mileage out of Arceus. The definition of a skill-reliant poke that reaps huge benefits if you indeed, have the skill to make it shine.
