I've got a couple of questions about PayPal that I can hopefully get some answers to...

1. Can I create a PayPal account with a normal bank account, not a credit card? (I'm only 14 (15 on Sunday), I don't have a credit card)

2. Are there any age restrictions for creating a PayPal account? i.e. do you have to be 18 or over?

Bank accounts can be used with paypal but you can expect the transactions to take a lot longer to transfer.
