Pizza Delivery Boy Announced-1.052009-11-11 17:22:20WiiMajesco Entertainment has today announced Pizza Delivery Boy exclusively for the Wii™. The game, which looks like some sort of crazy combination of Paper Boy, Need For Speed: Nitro and Cooking Mama, lets players use their Wii Remote™ as both kitchen utensil and driving wheel (hopefully not at the same time!) to prepare, cook and then deliver pizzas to people in three towns, with the ultimate aim of becoming Pizza Boy of the Year.
“Pizza Delivery Boy combines made-to-order pizza preparation with fast and furious driving that delivers on fun,” said Gui Karyo, executive vice president of operations for Majesco. “Wii owners can look forward to an addictive experience that mixes two proven gameplay mechanics into one unique entertainment product.”
The story centres around three brothers whose struggling pizza restaurant empire is threatened with closure by the bank unless they can start turning a profit. Playing as the eager young employee, you get to help to turn the business around by restoring the restaurant chain back to its former glories. You earn money by making and delivering pizzas, and will face all sorts of hazards when making your rounds, including hungry dogs and oil slicks. You can earn extra money and unlock better vehicles by participating in side-quests which include street racing and cooking contests.
