Ok my nintendo wii is acting up everytime i wanna play a game on it it goes to a blackscreen says something like eject the cd something about troubleshooting can anyone please help me

my simms is brand new and it's not workin and zelda is old and that's not workin that blackscreen is still coming up

I have same issue with my new wii called nintendo they said the disc reader damaged and has trouble reading games, They asked for all my info sent me a email with a fedex label , they told me to ship it in they'll fix it and send it back, hope that helps

you can tell because before the error you can hear it trying to read the dic before you get the error its a load clicking noise
