saving the zora prince?

where do i go to save the zora prince so that i can learn how to swim underwater? i cant find the place

you go as a wolf to the castle, down to the tavern.... where you saw the prince lying earlier.

come on dude, you have to put 2 and 2 together in this game. Stop forgetting key storyline moments.
