Yes, hit Google and type in Red Kawa Wii 9. I hope to GOD you have a huge SD Card because a typical 80MB will be like 400MB!? Reason being, the format turns the each frame into a picture (jpeg) and then just reads them back on the Wii as still pictures played continously.
There is a better solution if you have you're Wii online. On you computer, google win amp remote and download the file. What this does is it lets you stream your music and video files on any web browser, including the Wii's browser. Just make sure to leave that win amp remote and your computer on. It's better than converting files.
