Wii Converter by Red Kawa

I just downloaded a Wii Video Converter by Red Kawa here:

I was wondering if the Wii is able to play LFV files which is an option that is included in the Converting program, the other is Mpeg. The reason why I do not want to convert it to Mpeg is because the files are big, a regular 200MB AVI video is converted to 700MB Mpeg, and the quality isn't that great. So, I was wondering if the Wii plays LFV files, can someone try it out and let me know. I do not have the tools to transfer data from my computer into my SD card at the moment.

Only in the Opera browser can you play LFV files. You're going to need to setup a LAN webserver if you want to turn your Wii into a home media center.
