Section for the promoting of social groups

Ok I seem to be over using this section but heres another gripe

Admit idly I'm not into all this "Groups" thing, but there are people that are
Do we need to know about every group made in the "Wii Chat" section?
Isn't that one just for talk related to the Wii?
Cant we just have a section for it instead?
