o to a section like the board games or introduce yourself forums and at the top left there is a button called "New Thread" and it looks like this

. Click that and then fill it in with a title and your summary(its pretty simple once you get there). Also when making a Topic be sure to click the button called "Check If Already Posted" by the spot where you type your title(by the spot where you type your title). It shows you if someone has already made the thread your making.

I think thats all to making a thread
