where do i find the ssid code so i can go online

The SSID will be in your routers configuration. Typically (depending on the router though) you type in 192.168.1.1 and you will be prompted for your user name and password to your router, supposing you know it of course. If you have your SSID set to broadcast your wii should be able to find it when you search for it.
