I don't think I have a phobia... I used to have arachnophobia but that's subsided with age... I guess I'm scared of failure.

EDIT: Fear of failure supposedly called atychiphobia.

I've heard it many places, but most recently in a post by sremick in the "Opinion about guns" thread. Sadly I don't know the original source of the quote, I'm sure some googling could find it, but I'm tired, and a Wii bit intoxicated at the moment.

My phobia would have to be fear of failure/fear of being a disappointment.

I love Mexico, I stayed in Cabo several times. Aside from the food, I prefer it to the Bahamas.
