tips on wagon escort plz.

can some1 give me advice on how to get past the part where u r escorting the wagon to kakariko village (the one with the fat woman, the zora child, and the other girl illia or somthing.) I tried it about a million time but i keep dying. On top of that the wagon goes around in circles for a while before it actually progresses. So any advice on how to beat this would be appreciated. And by the way i already beat the jousting part with the guy on the bridge where u have to use ur hero bow. after that it all get freaking annoying.

watch out for the ?bird? dropping the bombs, kill that and you can get it done reasonably fast..

i also found using the bow was much easier at killing the guys riding the ?boars?

Make sure you take care of the goons shooting fire arrows...they'll set fire to the wagon and youll have to use the Gale Boomerang to get out of that mess.

Just make sure you only keep a small distance from the wagon, make sure you see it at all times. From that point on, its almost just hack and slash.

yeah the orcs on boars will keep spawning untill you've killed the bird that drops bombs at the front of the cart, i must have killed about 100 boar rider things before killing the dam bird lol

this one took me forever. i ended up jus trrying to kill most of them near the wagon with the spin attk and boomerang for the birds.

i dont know how many times they circle that mountain it seemed to be rly fast the time i finally won and promptly saved.

not convinced it was the bird that made the difference, but it took me several 'orbits' to realize that the orcs aren't dead just because I slashed them off their horses... you have to get off your horse, hit them again, preferably following it up with an Ending Blow, actually kill them. After I killed 3 or so, the cart took another turn and got closer to the goal... when it reached the gate, I had to dismount and kill the rest of the orcs (periodically stopping to put out the cart fire).

Yes, I tried killing the bird too, and I'm not sure which one made the diff....

its def the bird that drops the bomb, i was doing it for about 10mins before i noticed the bird, as soon as i killed it before it dropped the bomb the kart carried on.

That wagon really annoyed me too. And whenever they got set on fire, annoyed me more. But yeah, my wagon went around in circles. I got to the point were I was yelling at the TV, demanding the wagon stop going in circles. Needless to say, I started receiving strange looks. Seriously, I don't see why they needed Link's help getting back, well, they could have at least put themselves out when they starting burning. Of course, I despise the hero complex.

This section of the game sucks more than anything I have ever played. I loved the game till I got to this, and this bull almost has me taking the game back to the shop unfinished to trade for something else. No way is that bird the difference, I just killed that bastard about a dozen times and it respawns immediately over and over - explodes, gives a heart or gem, then Bammo! another one appears... This part of the game is terrible. It really sucks and I think it is the weakest part of the game (which is otherwise awesome) I think this stupid escort thing should never have been put in the game to start with. well that's my 2c anyway. (Hope they sacked the idiot who put it in there so the next one is perfect! (j/k))
