UK Wii in Australia

Hey guys and girls, just wondering whether a UK model Wii is compatible with Australian games and will work over here? I think they are both PAL aren't they?

Can't see why not but you'd need a Australian plug for the Wii or a step down transformer. Yes both regions use PAL.

You will be fine, As Shaker said they are both PAL region consoles.

UK games won't work on a Aus Wii, At least to my knowledge

Wii_Smurf no they do work for some reason all of Australia got the European version of Eleedes (although the stupid GAME workers denied that there was a sticker covering up the European rating although you could see it)
