Updating Problem Error Code 32004

Greeting,
I have Wii one year old with V 4.1u.
I just restored the wii system with no problem and I tried to update the wii but I'm getting error code 32004.

I checked my connection and it is working OK.
I even used Wii Net Connect to connect to the internet but I'm having same error.

I need to update my wii to be able to use netflix channel witch require to update wii system.

Any advice??
