using sd adapter as a memory card?

I have the sd media launcher with the sdcard gamecube adapter. Is there a way to use the sd card adapter with an sdcard in it as a memory card? I'd like to be able to save my skies of arcadia game to it on the wii (in gamecube mode of course). I don't want to buy a memory card, any way to use the sd adapter with sdcard as a gamecube memory card?

um... yes.. but u have to buy it.. unless u wanna mod the memory card too!!!!!1

um, no i did some research and the sdcard adapter does not work as a gamecube memory card with the wii.
