i have water bombs but i cant use them in water

You need to equip the iron boots to drop to the bottom, then try using the Water Bombs. Question: Are you trying to use them while swimming? (In the water, off the floor.) If so, then that's your problem.

if ur tryin to blow up the rock to actually get into the water temple then use ur zora armor n iron boots n drop to below the rock then drop a water bomb on top of the circle thing with floatin bubbles(dunno wat its called lol), itll carry the bomb up n blow the rock up

Ohhhhh. You mean at the entrance!! Okay, well, like what was said before, you need to have the Zora Armor equipped, as well as the Iron Boots, then, grab a bomb and throw it onto the water jet, and it should float up to the door to make it explode. Also, do you have the jet going? If not, try and find a way to get the jet going.. I think there may be a switch, or you talk to one of the Zora's I think... I cannot remember, sorry.
