I read about the first farcry on PC and its said to be a real good game. But then everything after that was crappy.

There's a new Far Cry 2 coming to PC/360/PS3 but its not being developed by Crytek but by Ubisoft Montreal and its using a different graphic engine. I think it will suck too.

Farcry its a good game

It had a lof of issues, but in the end I did have a bit of fun, my only regret is I paid full price for it, because it just wasn't worth that kind of money. It was rushed, chopped and cut. The original Far Cry on PC was amazing, one of the best shooters ever and this port was just a huge let down.

Yes, I didn't enjoy it because the visuals were just no there.
Controls were pretty good though. Also, there was just more games out at the time for me to play, so I didn't try to look past the bad things of the game for too long, I just moved on.

Then you join a class of minority who didn't enjoy it because most PC gamers or just gamers in general would agree the first Far Cry was good because thats all I have heard about the game.

I never played it, but when most everyone claims its good on the internet and it has good reviews im gonna bet my money on the fact that its actually good. Just because you didn't like it doesn't mean it sucks, it just wasn't your style.
