Are you talking about the internet channel that runs off Opera? If so yeah its free and its just a web browser.

It WAS free... It now costs 500 points to download. It is an internet channel that allows you to browse the internet on your wii. Well worth getting if you havent already! (assuming your wii is connected to the internet of course!)
