ohh... I swear i read somewhere Nintendo had planned to have 11mill shipped by the end of this year, which would seem reasonable. Say every store had 50 pre-orders, plus extra stock, if there were only 2000 stores in America that would still be 100,000 pre-orders+all extra stock til the end of this year.

Well nexgenwars.com seems to believe they are blasting out sales like theres no tomorrow. Dont know how reliable those figures are though.

To be fair - Sony sent way less than Nintendo. But Nintendo will pwn Sony.

Interestingly on nexgenwars.com, 51% of people think the Wii will win this next-gen console war. Despite 360 supposedly having sold 7million already.
BTW, even though the PS3 is more expensive than the Wii, it doesnt really count as SONY are still LOSING money on PS3 atm, whereas Nintendo are already into profits. (Yes I know this is because it is largely based on the GameCube, still)....
