Wiimote Player LED Color Mod?

Somewhere I saw a pic of the first half-way decent mod I've seen for anything wii-lated. If you use multiple wii-motes, the pointers for each player are different colors (red, green, bliue and yellow I think). So someone swapped out the LEDs in the Wii-mote to correspond (so the pointer color matched the pointer on your wii-mote). Anyone seen a write-up on this?

it shouldnt be hard to do if you can find some place that sells LED's that big, seen a DC mod that was made to change the triangle above the disc lid to red and all dif colors
