WiiWare and free trial downloads?

Anyone know what the situation on this is?

XBox Live Arcade's free trials made it so great, in my opinion. If you can't test drive WiiWare games before you buy, I'm sure it will suffer.

I agree with that, if gamers can't test the game before they purchase it, they may think of not purchasing it in the first place, as they don't want to waste their money. If Nintendo don't want to do a free trials for the games, then they should at least make a trailer video for it, which includes gameplay from the game you want to purchase.

Even a trailer wouldn't be enough for me.

In fact, even Brawl's Masterpieces, which are free trials with time limits, (roughly 2 minutes per game?) don't appeal to me enough to want to download.

I'd rather have a free trial with only a level or two than a trial with a time limit. Time limits are the pits.

Well I would be alright with a trailer, as long as it shows solid gameplay, and most features of the game.
