Not unless you have an SD adapter, which I haven't heard of.

This is because Memory Stick is proprietary to Sony.

Hi there, Sorry but the Duo card wont work on the wii, The card is a diff. type as mentioned above the Duo card is used by Sony for the PSP and some of their mobile phones. The SD card used in the wii is a diff. card altogether im not even sure they are the same shape, The SD card is very common in digital cameras. hope this makes sense sending it from psp.
